I know what you mean, it is hard to adjust to the real world again it was the same for us, at first I wanted to haggle for everything and we couldn't get used to crossing the road "normal style" you know with the green man and stuff instead of just edging out and slowly tip toeing across SE Asian style. Anyway I hope you have fun, NZ doesn't have great cities, but I'm sure you'll like the countryside, nature and beaches which are exceptional. Although part of my hopes that you get horribly bored by NZ and OZ and come back and entertain me here in Leipzig, I'd even prepare you a welcome home meal of spaghetti and ketchup with a side crescent of crisps, still your favorite I hope? That all looks familiar.
